The Chamber is a business membership organization that promotes,enhances, and develops American-Bulgarian economic relations which foster more positive global business and governmental relationships. Eliz is a Bulgarian-American prominent lobbyist, consultant and public figure in the State of Pennsylvania and its capital. She also manages AKAEVA Consulting, assisting nonprofit community-based organizations and social enterprises. AKAEVA focuses on developing strategies for leaders, organizational board engagement, program effectiveness evaluation and fundraising.
